Can I place a “same day” order?
Yes you can. However, depending on the product(s) you are ordering, there may be a minimum amount of time needed to prepare your order.
Do you accept credit or debit cards?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Debit cards may be used as a credit card.
Do you accept checks?
Yes we do. Checks must be drawn on an in-state bank account. Also, you will be asked to show your license.
Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes we do.
Do you offer delivery or shipping services?
Yes. We offer both delivery and shipping services. Delivery service requires a minimum dollar amount based on a location. Payment for your delivery must be paid in advanced. We do our shipping through UPS. The following information would be needed in order for us to quote you a shipping charge: an exact street address, city, state, and zip code.
Can I be billed for my order?
Unless your are a “business to business” customer, payment is required at time of pick-up or delivery.
Do you sell gluten free products?
Yes we do. We sell gluten and wheat free foods. We also offer a Gluten Free – Dairy Free white cake.
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
Orders should be placed 1 to 2 days before. However, during a major holiday, it is better to place your order as early as possible.
For a customized or a stacked cake, an appointment with our cake decorator should be made two weeks prior to your event.
Can I place my order online?
Yes. Some products can be ordered online. More products will be added online in the future.
